In his more than 3 decades of experience in the shipping field, he has served as Managing Director of Baliwag Navigation Inc. and Westwind Shipping Corp. He also sits in the Board of National Marine Corporation, Islas Tankers, Batangas Bay Carriers Inc., and Shuwa Kaiun Kaisha of Japan. He is also a Member of the Philippine Technical Committee of Bureau Veritas.

Former President of Seagull Ship management and Transport Inc., Head of Marketing for Philippine Shipyard and Engineering Corp. and worked for Baliwag Navigation Inc. He brings in a decade of shipmanagement, manning, and shipyard experience.

| Racquelito "Bong" S. Salas, Managing Director Operations and Business Development |
A Mechanical Engineer and has been in the shipping industry for the past 17 years, he has served with Magsaysay Lines and as a Superintendent in Papua New Guinea. He has helped write the company’s Safety Management System and is now responsible for its implementation on board and ashore.

| Capt. Ed Labanta - Marine Supt./DPA |
Capt. Labanta sailed as Master on Swan Fleet from 2000 to 2003. During this period he also served as a Marine Superintendent of Swan and in 2003 as Port Captain of Southfield Agency.
Between Oct. 2003 to Jan. 2005 he worked with Consolidated Training and Pro-Verse Training center as Lead Instructor and Training manager respectively.
For 3 years he was engaged by Hanseatic Ship Management (now known as Bernard Schulte Ship management) as Marine Superintendent before joining back Swan Shipping in May 2008.

| Arch. Crisanto C. Camacho, Managing Director Technical Services |
A graduate of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, he has 12 years experience in supervising shipbuilding and dry-docking in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Durban and the Philippines. He attended and supervised the construction of three of the nine LPG carriers now under the Company's management.

A Marine Engineer with extensive experience in shipping operations, contract management, transport & other superintendence work.

| Engr. John Manianglung, Technical Superintendent |
An Electronic Communication Engineer who joined the company in 1999.
He was trained in Japan on the maintenance & inspection of GMDSS and
navigational equipment and is in-charge of the upkeep of all electronics
equipment on board the managed vessels.

A Master Mariner since 1981, has served onboard various type of vessel for 6 years. Apart from his sea experience, he shared his expertise in communication quality education & professionalism by serving as associate professor for 2 years in Philippine Merchant Marine Academy.

| Capt. Paul L. Zamesa, Roving Superintendent |
Joined the company in 1996 as junior deck officer and got his Master's ticket in 2000. He served on-board several LPG vessel in the fleet as Master until the end of 2003. In 2004 he joined the shorebased organization as Marine Superintendent, in-charge of monitoring the implementation of the company HSE policy.

Joined the company in 2006. He has served as Chief Engineer for 20 years onboard various vessels.

| Engr. Ronello A. Espina, Superintendent |
He served onboard several gas carriers as Chief Engineer since joining the company in 1997. Later joined the shore based organization as Superintendent in 2001 in-charge of several gas carriers from the Fleet. He left the company in 2005 to join another where he was engaged to supervise construction of 8 new ship buildings in Japan as well as carry out inspection of their existing fleet. He returned to Swan in September 2008 as a Roving Superintendent.
